You spent quite some time and poured all your thoughts, I sincerely hope that counts for something and the rep will at least pass along some ideas. I doubt that the new producer will even read it, if it's not in japanese - or request by japanese players, they don't seem to care about what players from other countries want. But great job at outlining many many things.
