Problems in the activation of Ultimate Collection Abysea

I got a friend Vana'diel Collection 2008, put the Registration code and played for about 15 days. After a while I decided to purchase the Ultimate Collection Abysea to get the other add-ons.(is cheaper to take complete version)

But when I try to put the Registration Code on my Square Enix acount, tells me this:

You cannot add expanded services because either the maximum number of service accounts have been added/registered or there are no service accounts to which the expanded services can be added/registered.

*If you have not performed PlayOnline registration yet and have a registration code that begins with U or if you have a FINAL FANTASY XI 14-Day Free Trial registration code, please select "Add new PlayOnline service account" and enter your registration code.

How do I turn this activation key in my account? I intend to continue with my character.
