I recieved wrong ark weapon...

I orginally posted this in the general discussion forum and was told to redirect the issue here. Like stated in the original post, I remember choosing Ark Scythe as my ark weapon of choice and when i checked my delivery box, I was given the Ark Saber instead. I'm just curious to see if it's possible to return the weapon to the sender since it hasn't left the delivery box yet, in exchange for the correct weapon. Any resolve to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
