I got the wrong ark weapon....

I remember what I picked for prizes, and i clearly remember choosing Ark Scythe. I check my delivery box and sure enough, there's an Ark Saber sitting in there. Is there any way to get this corrected as the Ark Saber is still in the delivery box and can be returned to sender for the correct item. Any resolve in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to try the technical support forum, even though it's not necessarily a technical issue, but they should be able to forward the issue better.
