Blue Magic spell set delay

Voidwatch is probably the biggest headache for BLU with all the spells we have for procs its impossible to set all spells on 1 BLU, why can't they make changing spells while under VW status instantaneous? In most situations by the time you've reset and waited 1min for your new spells the mob is usually dead.

Insta-swapping spells during voidwatch only won't make blue over-powered so why should we have to wait a whole 1 min just because the mob picks a random element we did'nt have the foreknowledge to set. No other job has to jump through hoops just for a proc.
