Update payments on the website!?

Hello Square Enix,

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place/topic to post suchs tings, but it seemed to be my only option to get in contact with you guys. I have an issue when trying to add my new credit card I just got from the bank. When I log onto the members website and click on change/update payment and service fee, then I come aslong to the window where I select what type of payment card I have, then click next, the window thinks a few, then I get an error wich is called http404 saying this window can not be found!

I did read something about an update, but that should have been done a few days ago right? Or is this something Square Enix is aware of? I'm not interested that my accoutn gets closed down because I'm not able to add my new credit card to your site. Is there anything you can help me check out asap, so I can get the card added for my accounts?

And again, sorry for posting this here, I hope you survive it anyway :)
