Crystals Into Clusters

It's been bugging me for a while that while clusters can finally stack (which is awesome, by the way...) I still get a TON of crystals messing around outside of abyssea and I don't have any way to store them because I simply don't have the inventory space to spare... I would love to see a way to bundle these into clusters, kind of like ninja tool bags... I realize it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to use that same NPC, so why not make it so we can go to the protocrystals and have the crystals fused together into a cluster?

they could add synergy recipes too.

Lots of ways it could be done....the question is why not?
