Hey everyone :) Just started up yesterday, was browsing through the wiki but i couldnt quite figure out what quests were worthwhile or not. ( Although lots of people mentioned getting fame from them is important), can anyone point me in the direction of some "good" quests to start that are near the Bastok area? Please and thanks~ <3

I'd suggest sorting by Fame and starting with Lv1 fame quests.
The Bare Bones - gets you a map of the Wadi
Mean Machine - gets you Warp scroll, which is some bank if you don't plan on playing BLM
The Siren's Tear - some Bastok Lore, low gil
The Cold Light of Day - because everyone loves Bernie
If you're looking to max out fame fast, Only the Best

A Lady's Heart - Mog House Exit quest, Allows you to exit to any area of Bastok

It gives the best way to level fame for all countries/tenshodo/abyssea zones.
