SMN glitches... who do I need to talk too?

I have a SMN glitch that other people seem to have.

One is the SMN 2 hour. I know what it's designed to do for Alexander and Odin, but my problem is with the rest of the avatars. It's still up for 3 minutes, but no matter what I do, I seem to be able to only use Diamond Dust on Shiva or whatever, only once. When the Blood Rage timer is up and I try to use Diamond Dust again, Shiva acts like she's preparing to use it and then nothing happens. I've tried putting her away and bringing her back out; making sure I have a mob targeted; I've tried everything I can think of. Is this the way the SMN 2 hour ability is now supposed to behave?

Just to be sure, is the target staying in range?

Yes. I'll sometimes stand right by the mob. I've tested all kinds of things to make sure it's not something I'm doing wrong. I've even tried engaging myself with the mob. Like I said, it will do it the first time; so I would think that if it's something I'm doing wrong, I wouldn't be able to get the first Diamond Dust off.

For those Astral Flows to go off, you need your level x 2 in mp to do it. So at 99, you need 198mp, did you have that much?

It has been a while since I messed with smn, but from what I remember there is a min mp requirement for astral flow. I think it was something like 2-3 times your current lvl worth of mp to make it work. At 99 it would be about 300mp needed for it to go off, otherwise you would get the message you are getting.

Ahhh... that could have been my problem. I will try it and see if that fixes it. Thanks guys! I guess that was a little mathematical oversight on my part.
