Can't you guys just inbox us hats since there is no time frame as to when this issue will be resolved? Just an idea I had since we have waited so long and you can easily see we have a code verified. :confused:

I wish they'd do that! I've already out leveled the hat on all the jobs I wanted to level... Now it's a little bit useless to me...
That would be awesome. I want mine now as I know I will hit 30 with the character I chose before this gets fixed. Kind of makes me real mad.
I agree. I've given it 48 hours (thinking a process time was in order) to no avail. Quite frustrating. Friend and I registered codes within an hour of one another, and he obtained his just after he logged in. :/
I am just not playing the game so basically I am wasting my entire 30 day free trial period. I don't wanna waste my hat I ordered 2 on my main and 360 healer mule account so I can dual play. I just refuse to play till I get em. :(
