Delivery Box Delay Fix Request

Dear Square and FFXI development team,
Many moons ago people had issues with RMT. while the RMT activity still exists, it has calmed down quite substantially; Possibly because the player base realizes its much easier to make your own gil thanks to SE's hard work with ingame adjustments. with this i suggest to reduce or get rid of the Delivery box delay. while im not sure exact technical aspects with this, a simple reduction in the smallest of things, IE. delivery box, may help increase the game pace all together. Thank you for your consideration.
