Steps:
1. Summoned Light Spirit on Lightsday for Elemental Siphon
2. Moved around Igraez and waited for spirit to cast.
3. Light Spirit cast: Haste, Protect V, Shell V, and Regen on RJordan
4. Faced Igraez, and Regen wore off. Spirit recasts Regen on Rjordan
5. Haste wore off, Light Spirit recasts on RJordan.
6. 10 Minutes passes no supportive magic cast on Igraez, 6 replacement spells cast on RJordan
As of today, the Light Spirit started casting on party members again outside of the area I was in. It used buffs in East Sarutabaruta and The Temple of Uggalepih.
We're going to investigate this issue, but I'd like to ask a question about your most recent update. Are you saying that this issue has been resolved? If you are still experiencing these issues, which aspect of the spell are not working?

It seems to have been resolved. While in the Toraimaral Canal on Thursday, the Light Spirit would only cast on my Character RJordan. But today, after I managed to get the Light Spirit Pact for Igraez, the spirits would start casting the enhancing spells on others and returned to being able to heal other Members. I'm currently about to test further and make sure that it's 100% resolved once I finish this next mission and return to a field area.

I've done a little more testing. The Light Spirit seems to be working as it should now. Perhaps it was that area or something to that nature. But in all other zones I've been through as of late, the spirit has continued to cast spells. The only thing I did notice that if you zone into a new area, the spirit won't cast at all if it remains stationary from jumping into a new area.
