Broken NPCs List (PS2/3)

Here is a small list of NPCs i have locked up on without testing on all of them because i dont like having to hard shutdown my systems. They all appear to work without problems on the PC so its not a connection/router problem its the same thing that happened to NPCs in ToAU. This is not a Sandy only problem.

If PS2 is still going to get updates then please fix these problems.
