Quested Weaponskill

how is it a test server and you don't even have all the weapons(Quested type Tachi Kasha,Spiral of Hell,Etc..). So, What you have to do the quest just to get the WS on the "TEST" server? With VERY little amount of people even on the server anyways how can you get it done w/o having to do 300 solo ws cause with weapon skill point(WSP) it counts for solo 1 and if do a solo SC not sure how much exactly it gives but i know it is LOW so you'll be WSing non-stop just to get the Quested WS on the test server. I understand about the merit type cause you can always change merits on the test server. :confused:
