Feed Back regarding merits in Diffusion

I fell that 5%-20% duration bonus might be too weak considering the amazing buffs that a blu can give and the 10 minutes recast of this JA, it would not be game breaking to at least pull it to a 25%-100% duration bonus, or reduce the JA recast timer, lets take in account coocon spell wich is a great boost on defence or even harden shell wich is even more limited , they last only 60 and 90 secs respectively, with the current setup it takes only a minor boost on their duration while you have to wait on a 10 minute timer. also even the high duration spells such as animating weil would benifit from this without bein completely broken.

If it could be lowered to 5 mins instead of 10 it would go great with unbridled learning for harden shell or pyric bulwark. Lowered recast would be better than buff duration increase in my opinion

Problem is they are trying to move away from recast reduction merits and focus on making an ability more potent when used with more merits.

I know, I meant lowered recast from 10 to 5 mins would be better Than changing the buff duration effect to 25%-100%
