The Grounds Tome needs to be moved to the far side of the door, to F-9.
There's a book beyond the door necessary to pass through if I remember correctly the book was at the 1st fork you come across. Unless they took it out? >.>?

I went to the past using a maw talked to a mandy in downs then flipped back to the future and traded a spot to get to glacier.

Makes some of these risky missions a LOT easier. Still doesn't solve issues with THF AF in the Citadel, but it helps a lot with other stuff.
If you use invis and deoder and stick to the right wall you can still get thru right?
