Actually, Both of them were recorded back at the fella behind the counter, Its just Neo-Nyzul has absolutely no purpose for that information to be recorded.
one group theorized the higher you got the better chance you have of getting higher again, But that was pure poppy-cock and never proven nor even shown any positive evidcence.
