where is gain-int?

This may have already been answered once before, but I figured I'd ask again.

Can any one say where Gain-INT is obtained? I've looked on BG, wiki, and AH.com and none of them have information on how to obtain it. There is a sales record on the AH so people must know where to get it. I would appreciate the help.

Unless it's an extreme oddity amongst level 96+ scrolls, Gain-INT is a random drop from Walk of Echoes and Voidwatch and new burning circle fights.
