Item for completing missions & quests

I've been playing FFXI now for approaching 5 years on & off & I've come to a point where I have left some old missions & quests behind in favour of leveling up but I would like to just wonder in a mission BCNM or quest NM (Snoll Tzar for CoP, for eg.) & completely eliminate the threat that is stopping me from moving on to higher ground.
I was thinking whether a "Deathga" item (100% acc; non-elemental; refreshed once every conquest tally) would be useful so I can do this. It can also be used for "Beyond Infinity" as on my server, no calls have been put out for a run for a good while now. As the item is one use only per tally, it shouldn't pose a general risk & would help in any mission/quest that is left standing in your way. For the high-lvl pc, they can use it to gain a load of xp in one go by pulling a load of mobs per week or complete an annoying BCNM, etc.

What do you guys think?

That's true but thought it would be nice if it was in large AoE form for multiple enemies. Also, Astral Flow is only useful for only a few seconds, along with the opposite element of the enemy. I'm already SMN30 btw with all summons except fenrir, diabolos, odin & alexander. It would be more than astral flow can be for high-lvl NMs (disaster idol & atori-tutori, for eg.) & would let players who don't have SMN access to a version of deathga. Just a thought

not going to happen...they specifically nerfed Odin to prevent it from being exploited (well, from a major exploit at least). And besides, there is very little in the Pre-Abyssea content that can't be done solo, duo, or at worst a 4-man team. There really isn't much of a need for such a thing in what is SUPPOSED to me a MMO.

Know for a fact that 2 99 SMNs and a 90+ RDM can trio the last WotG fight. Good Luck with finishing the missions.
