[1058] 2-Hour Merits

With the introduction of 2-Hour merits, I believe they should introduce a new third category of merits for each job, completely focused on 2-Hours, plus 4 or more different upgrades, such as duration of effects of 2 hours that linger, such as BLM, BLU, BRD, BST, DRG, DNC, DRK, MNK, PLD, RDM, PUP, SAM, SCH, SMN, THF, and WAR, or additional affects that make them slightly better for 2 hours that don't linger, such as COR, WHM, RNG, and NIN, whose full effect is recognized immediately. In addition, extra lingering effects would be awesome, such as Benediction leaving beind regen, refresh, regain effects, or Mijin Gakure leaves a DoT effect on all affected enemies, or RNG carrying a ranged accuracy, ranged attack, or snapshot bonus for a short time.

I have specific ideas, but wanted to get the ball rolling on this initial thought:
Merit Point category: Job-specific 2 Hours 5 Points limit per upgrade/10 upgrades per job.
Specifically: Each job has atleast 4 specific upgrades to their 2 hour.
