Does anyone have any more info than I can find on what the effects of Commodore Bottes +2 augmented from the magian moogle do? All I can find is that it "enhances Wild Card effect" which could mean anything.... I'm curious if its worth going after.

It doesn't seem to be that worthwhile...I'd upgrade pants->body->hat in this order and ignore the other two pieces. All numbers rolled with Wild Card give the expected results so that thing hasn't changed. It could possibly be improved luck but testing that is quite troublesome.
What could be tried still: testing with party members who have used 2hours and see if 2hours are restored with lower rolls. If it proves to be the case then it's a very good enhancement.
