side quest and missions are not showing in my mission and quest logs

the only missions and quest that appear in my mission log is this lady thats being stalked and needs me to bring here bones and bomb ashes and this other one thats a main story quest that i got from windurst woods all the missions and quest from selele and my mog house and all others do not show up why is this can anone fix this for me or give me a solution?

supposedly the logs went back to normal today so this is fixed. i heard there was a small earthquake where the servers are broadcasted from so that was problem or so it says. if this happens again i will post all the requied information that you told me to
