Ok this is going to be some very simple fix here but the !! above a mob does not show nor ever has for me in gameplay. Im sure its prolly some goofy config setting but where would i locate this to change setting?

Menu > page 2 > Config > Effects
I'm not sure which one exactly, but shouldn't be hard to narrow it down from there. Probably monster -> monster or X -> Monster.
