let us have atmas and curor bonus in the outside world and make abyssea normal world with no bonus or atmas since the outter world is more fun than abyssea world

No. And on the whole, I'm not sure what's more fun about, say, Kuftal Tunnel, compared with say Attohwa Chasm. Why would any other area with abyssea powers be so much more fun than the ones chosen for abyssea?
