Please put a halo or other symbol next to a persons name who has already recieived raise to prevent double casting, also put a skull or other icon on the map so if we die in a remote spot we have some chance of being revived since a traveler will see us in need on the main map.

You can't cast raise on people who have raise cast on them or reraise up anymore. It'll just say you can't cast raise on the target.
You can't cast Raise on someone who has been Raised, so not sure what you're aiming for there. The markers could prove annoying, I would at least see if SE would be willing to allow the /sea commands while incapacitated so you could search your area for anyone capable of raising.
That being said, I'll add onto it.
You should be able to use /sea and your friend's list, etc. while you're dead.
I died w/o reraise solo in abyssea Tahrongi with 700+ minutes that I did not want to lose. I had to crash my game and log on my mule just to check my friend list to see who I could ask for a raise.
i dont play whm, plus i just got account registered and wanted to post something so i guess i should have given more thought to what my first post was lol, not off to a good start.
It does suck to feel quite helpless when my face meets the ground and there's nothing I can do about it. I wish there was a "Call for Help" button when you're waiting for someone to raise you to notify players that someone has been knocked out and calls out for assistance.
