Okay so I called my ISP and got them to give me a new modem and I believe the said they bridged it or something ... whatever the case now i have to set up a PPPoE to log in to internet.. and bam it went right past 89%!!!!! and I thought everything would be fixed.. then I now keep freezing on .dats randomly .. keep in mind im doing a full install now because i uninstalled and reinstalled... sucks, Ive created new rules for the ports in Firewall
