Im a newbie at this but so far I've gotten to level 14 and I dont know how to gain my support job yet so if you can could you tell me how I can do that? Also where do I have to go in order for me to dual wield weapons?

For your support job, a quest will become available for you once you reach level 18 from an NPC in either Selbina or Mhaura (your choice).
Dual Wield is an ability granted to Ninjas once they reach level 10 or Dancers at level 20, that you can therefore use as a Warrior if you set one of these jobs as your support job. Bear in mind that your Warrior would have to be twice the level (20 for NIN, 40 for DNC) and you have levelled those additional jobs up to that point for them to be available.
Dancers and Ninjas are advanced jobs that can be unlocked at level 30 by speaking to NPCs in Port Bastok and Upper Jeuno respectively.

You need to unlock the advanced job Ninja to dual wield (min level: 30).
