[Suggestion] Excalibur additional effect.

If someone knows where this is already posted please feel free to provide a link, a quick search came up empty for me so...

It would be great if the additional effect on Excalibur would be given a higher process priority than Enspells. As it stands now, additional effects on relics have the same priority as other weapons (Enspell > Weapon Add. Effect > Sambas) and thus Excalibur holders have to choose between their Enspell effect and the rather substantial additional effect provided by Excalibur. Before Paladin had access to Enlight it was understandable that this might have been unbalanced in favor of Red Mage, but now that both jobs that can wield the relic sword have Enspell capability, It seems fitting that this top-tier sword be an exceptional case, thus improving both its power and usefulness.
