Seriously, there's like 2 responses in over 10 pages of posts.

well....sometimes no response is actually an answer.

But yeah, would be nice if they could respond more. They are probably overwhelmed with lots of topics (many duplicate topics, some get immediately shot down by the playerbase and probly don't warrant official reply), so they may simply be focusing on what they feel are more critical first and the others just drift off to page 3...if they keep coming back, eventually they may chime in.

If it's anything like the Nomad Moogles in Selbina and Mhaura though, expect the change to take a few long years.

Perhaps it's because people can't figure out that this is the suggestion & feedback section for the web sites only. 99% of all posts here have something to do with ingame.

Honestly though, who ever is incharge of this section dose not do thier job.
