Idea: Proc Items

Sometimes it can be pretty difficult to make the perfect cookie cutter teams if you're new to a server or just have a hard time putting together parties. Would it be possible to provide us some temp items that could proc weakness for a slightly expensive price of cruor? Something like 15,000 cruor too high or little? I'm not sure if this is a perfect idea...though, sometimes I will see a party hold on to a NM for over 20 minutes just so one person in their party can run back to their MH, switch jobs, and run back just to proc red. It can be very aggravating...

Make them craftable via alchemy, and I'll be all for this.
