[dev1049] Polearm WS: Stardiver

After testing, the new WS Stardiver is completely useless for DRG.

It is a 4 hit WS, where each hit is .75 fTP. That means the WS itself, even at 5/5 where it has a 100% STR mod is flat out weaker than Drakesbane, which has a 1.0 fTP mod on each of it's 4 hits, and can crit.


I can understand that this may be due to it's availability to SAM and WAR, but I feel that DRG should not miss out on the chance to have a WS that is at least comparable to Drakesbane.


Raising the fTP on all hits to 1.0 @ 100 TP would be acceptable, but regardless of whether this specific fix is used or not, I feel strongly that something needs to be changed to make this WS useful to DRG, who is the premiere polearm user after all.
