Voidwatch Notorious Monster spawning glitch

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or a intended effect. It seems if a group is to wipe and the NM is allowed to despawn, it will pop again in whatever mode it was in from that previous wipe.

For example NM Akvan goes under half hp will begin to use Deathly Glare TP move, if a group was to wipe any time after this, the next fight Akvan will have access to that TP move immediately. Making the fight progress a lot harder then originally.

Doesn't appear limited to that specific nm either, as I have witness this happen with gnat NM Mellonia as well. The next try would have the nm poison aura already at potency it was at when group wiped, at the time we just dismissed it as a fluke.

It could be possible it's limited to the Jeuno path of NMs, but I am not sure. I can not personally confirm if this would happen with the previous nation path NMs or zilart, but some clarification would be much appreciated.

To my knowledge I've never seen Kaggen do Death Prophet before 50%, even after a wipe.

2. respawn 2nd attempt at same rift.
3. NM 100% health, first tp move Deathly Glare. randomly chooses it for tp move several more times as fighting, still well above 50% of his health.
