I think that the official forums, as awesome as they are, should have a place for linkshells to recruit, broken down by server. There really isn't any good way to recruit (other than the ZAM forums, which I though these forums were supposed to replace), nor to find linkshells that are looking for new members. Being a member of a linkshell makes this game far easier and more fun, but it can be difficult to find one if you are new to the game.
