Sturmwind and Iron Tempest

Hello!

I have been reporting these WSs as broken for ages, because their descriptions say "Damage varies with TP." but their fTP does not vary with TP. It turns out that it was a mistranslation all along. The Japanese version says "Attack varies with TP."

Please fix it, thanks.

Well, it is a bad translation, but technically higher attack would mean higher damage, so it's not COMPLETELY wrong. :p

This mistaken help text was revised a while back. If the fix has not gone live yet, rest assured that it will with the next client-side update.
