I think the new 2 hours should Not Share the same timer as the current 2 hour abilities timer. Maybe they can't be active at the same Point in time. That is all.

Lets pretend there is no abyssea for the moment, please. When you look at smn "for example", you need to 2hr to use odin/alex/atomos. If the new 2hr shares the same timer it seems like that job is gonna be in a crunch...
