Basically: Ingame text states it's conal water damage, when actually it's conal water breath damage. Tested and only +hp/+breath damage affected it.

Basically: Ingame text states it's conal water damage, when actually it's conal water breath damage. Tested and only +hp/+breath damage affected it.
None of the breath spell descriptions explicitly state "breath damage." Flying Hip Press has been around forever, is breath damage, and the description doesn't specify that. Even the spells called <blank> Breath don't say in the description "deals breath damage."
Thunder and Wind are the only exceptions. Look at older breaths like Frost and Heat, neither expressly say "breath" damage, it's generally assumed that if the spell is called a breath, it will be a breath.
I'm much more concerned about the poison effect not landing at all and Pyric Bulwark having no effect.
