Acquiring 95-99 Spells

I propose to SE to make level 95-99 quested scrolls and also as a counter measure make them Rare/EX. SO many people like to take advantage right after the update, 5 mil for a scroll? Gilseller, RMT, and just regular greedy players. Cant u imagine what meteor will be on AH?

Forget my idea, can we aleast get some get some sort of way to combat extreme Inflation?

PS: remember when HQ Ele Staffs where like 7 mil a pop?

This post doesn't make sense. If something cost millions means it's fairly hard to get so if you make it rare/ex it's 100x harder to get ....
