Can you please make the Grounds of Valor regimes in the Dahlia tower either 4 cards of any suit at the appropriate level or at least get rid of this ridiculous random repop business?
I have counted 20 cards that have repopped and the final target for the regime has not been amongst them.
Is there any reasonable, justified need not to give each suit a fixed spawn?
