[dev1037] macro palette enhancement

Ok, symbols will be nifty. While you're at it, can you make it so on the PC version, when you press ctrl or alt, the macro palette appears immediately instead of after a delay? This has been an annoyance to me for many years.

I play mainly mage jobs, and I make extensive use of macros. Sometimes I don't remember which palette I'm on, and I have wait for the overlay to appear to make sure the macro I'm about to hit is really what I want. Even a slight delay can mean the difference between my party living or dying.
