Item use cooldown timers

I'm not talking about potions here. Warp cudgels, even items, costume effects..20 or 24hr cooldowns between use is excessive and always has been. And really, whats the harm in letting people use their event item costumes in town more often? Recast on those should be even shorter than on items with practical effects like warp. With instant warp so cheap from conquest points now AND free from a moogle once a day its a bit hard to come up with reasons to spend gil on multiples of an item that can only be used once per 24 hours.

Agreed, a lot of the timer restrictions are beyond retarded at this point of the game to be honest. They also should lift up all the wait for next Japan day OR next game day on ALL missions. There is no point for waiting to complete missions at this stage of the game.
