Shinryu drop bug?

Steps:

My party and I went in like normal, grabbing our cruor buffs and atmas and went in at 22:00~ game time.

We would begin fighting him like normal, the party usually always consisting of Thf, Whm, Whm, Mnk, Sch, Nin.

We would trigger azure weakness (Blue proc), and proceed to use a Primeval Brew after the Thief had built enough Treasure Hunter (usually up to 8 or 9).

Upon killing Shinryu, it would drop nothing. Most of the time it didn't even drop crafting items, let alone any of the Twilight equipment.

This has happened five times in a row now, and we are nearly convinced this is a bug.
