Horrible luck or drop change on Tractor?

So either I'm having the worst luck farming a Scroll of Tractor from Wights in Gusgen Mines or they changed the drop somehow. I've farmed for 4 hours straight so far and no drop. Does anybody know if anything changed?

Notes:

Yes I know about statistics, that's why I'm including the "bad luck" option.

Yes I know I just buy a scroll but I prefer (and even enjoy) farming my items when I can. I just don't want to be farming pointlessly if I missed an announcement that the drop changed.

Worst place, I know you can only do night, but farm it in qufim.

Yeah that was my next stop. Pretty much given up on Gusgen though this is worse than I expected.

But if they haven't changed the drop locations/mobs then I should be fine though. Didn't know if something changed in the update.
