Speed up time it takes for server to recognize Wyvern HP+ gear!

This has been bugging me for a while but it seems it takes the server about 3-4 seconds(or 1 tick) to recognize adding on Wyvern HP gear. This is fine for Healing Breaths triggered with spells as a enough time passes between the spell cast and activation to receive the boost. With Restoring Breath; however, not enough time exists between the ability's cast and the moment we're healed by the breath. Because of this ~30-40% of the time I do no receive the benefit of a stronger healing breath from my Wyvern HP gear (accounts for ~120 HP difference in healing potency!). Can something be done to adjust the delay on the server recognizing the Wyvern HP gear? There has to be something that can be done!

Actually, wyvern HP+ is calulated instantly. The HP%+ is calulated slower because it needs to calulate the HP+ first and then the HP%+ afterwards. It is just the same for player characters and equipping HP+ and HP%+.

It sucks because that's the difference between a 470 breath and a 601 breath.

Can macro in wyvern HP% gear with your AF1 hat and player HP+ gear then, and macro in wyvern HP+ with wyrm armet afterwards.

Weird thing is I never had this problem, or rather it was a rare occurence before this last update. I don't if something changed. It used to only occur in OldDynamis with like a full alliance and a bunch of mobs on screen. Now it happens solo in any area.

470 is the gimp one, 601 is the amount it should be.
