Just tried to do a Shinryu run 21 people in zone and 11 of which were outside the Arena, Yet we seemed to be locked out is that the limit 2 parties at a time? When it first came out I don't remember there being a limit like that. In-game bug since last update? or just how its suppose to be?

I'm pretty sure I always remembered a three-party-limit. In fact, I think that's the case for most BCs.
