I got asked to bring one, but when I got to the ??? at the Twinkle Tree nothing happened. I read up on the wiki that you need the quest To Catch a Falling Star active and if you complete the quest you can't get the item no more. Guess what...I completed that quest. So how am I expected to get this item now? I can't break my limit.
Nevermind, I misread the quest... he wanted a Siren's Tear not a Starfall Tear.
