Why not have high level versions of event equipment???

It's been 10 years or so now. Almost everyone has seen these events come & go. Why not keep the low level version , and also have a higher level version also available that has stats that are at all relevant/useful. Social gear has it's place for sure, but it would be nice to see some of this pretty stuff worn on more than people's bank alts.

Going by that, it would need to be all jobs except PUP and MNK.

Other MMOs actually make event gear somewhat useful, not top tier gear but not so bad that you would never use it outside of looks.

Don't see why FFXI can't have this.

It would be great if they made it stack or combined it into 1 piece of gear somehow. As it is, I never use it because once I give it to the storage moogle, I completely forget it exists.

Utsusemi macro piece. So there.

I wouldn't mind some augments of your choice on them. Just to make sure they don't put "Cure potency +9%" on the samurai sword or something.
