10min cooldown, 1min duration. Unclear whether it will stack w/ shell barspells rampart etc.
Oh and the effect is "Enhances magic defense for party members within aoe" Im guessing a short buff to shell that effects magic defense rather that mdt. Untested sofar in battle situation, but its still early.
