It's going to be worthless until they release "Enhancing" gear for it, at which point it will either be the only Flourish III we use or still worthless. One fringe benefit of it is that we can combine it with a 2 FM Building Flourish (~+20% Attack), though that's true for Climactic as well (but using the JAs in the opposite order). The 3 minute recast hurts it as much as the 3 FMs and its generally worthless effect.
I think at this point, feedback should be given on the general usability/practicality of this JA - they may think "ooh wow what an interesting idea!" without realizing how much use we can actually get out of this. Why give us an ability that is an enhancement of an ability that nobody uses now that climactic is so good, and is one attack or weaponskill that has a triple attack effect really worth it on a three minute timer?
I realize dev time has been put into these abilities, but I think we should petition to have this ability scrapped in lieu of something that will be of more practical use to dancers, not just "IF they have rudras and IF they have gear to further enhance ternary!"
Its a 3 minute Assassin's Charge (Thf cant even get that with capped merits...), But unfortunately for DNC, it shares timers with useful abilities and thus will remain useless.

Yeah, this would be as if they put SA and Assassin's Charge on the same timer, then made them each cost 10 TP and 2 extra seconds to activate.

It'd be cool if they'd buff dancers supporting abilities instead of attempting to give them more damage and failing completely. DNC isn't a DD and will never be invited for it's DDing abilities :/
I don't understand with as many interesting abilities dancers could potentially get, and have been reccomended on these forums over the months they've been around, this was the ability we get which as many people have already pointed out, is useless from a functional standard. The only thing I can think of is that this is some dev's way of trying to make dancer a numbers game so "You can use one if you need to follow up with a flourish that consumes 3 moves OR the other when you need to follow with one that consumes 2 moves!!"
I think we need to nip this in the bud now. They're giving us more ability to leave feedback than ever before. This ability is a waste with the two we already have, and I dunno about you guys but I really don't wanna see "Consumes 4 finishing moves to force a Quadruple attack, 4 min recast" from 95-99 but with the current mentality of whoever is in charge of dancer, we just might end up getting that...
Whoever is in charge of THF/RDM/DNC needs to be fired, really.
I'm pretty sure we would use DNC's for everything and DNC would be the best job in the game if it was a "great DD".
Doing more dmg/as much as a ukkon war with haste samba, fan dance, and self cures? Yeah, that wouldn't make sense at all.
DNC is not a DD, it's a support job that also adds damage, therefor it needs more supporting abilities and less DD.
