Temporary Items -> craftable?

We all know of the intense items we get during besieged and other events (revitalizer, wizard's drink, etc)

With the coming of level 99 and a whole slew of over the top adjustments, I think it would make sense to create a series of really difficult recipes for these items (difficult so that they wouldn't be used often, that'd be a little broken.) Obviously, these would take high to capped crafts and sub-crafts and/or synergy (again, a balance issue, supply/demand etc)

If an issue comes up with not being able to use the currently existing items due to names and coding, perhaps create new items with analogous or slightly dampened effects. An example of this already exists: Dusty Wing (Temp) -> Icarus Wing (Craft).

We could have similar analogues: Giant's Drink -> [???] Drink.

Thoughts, ideas?
