I'm not sure. I own one and never had Death activate on Shinryuu or any other Notorious Monster, in fact.
I ve used that scythe a lot on shinruy and was never able to proc it. Also if i remember correctly the info from wiki came from one source...don t always believe what you see on wiki, theres idiots in there just like any other site.
I have the scythe as well, and never have Ive seen it work on ANY NMs. Its always been just regular mobs. Currently working on the str scythe, since in the next update It should have higher base dmg than twilight. Though is it better than twilight damage wise now? Hmm...
